In this video, Billybob discusses the miner nerf in the last clash royale balance changes. The miner now does 17% less damage to towers than it did before the update. This nerf was huge and now it is significantly worse than it was before the clash royale update. The miner was apart of the best decks in clash royale because miner control decks were so good. The miner needed a nerd, but this nerf was much too big. Clash Royale really needs to start thinking about the impact of their balance changes because this nerf will now completely kill miner control as a deck. The miner will still be used in decks like double prince and lava hound because it is used as a meat shield and not a win condition, but miner control might be dead. We will see how much the miner will be used in the mega draft path of legends in Clash Royale because it used to be one of the best cards in Clash Royale at this game mode. If it isn’t used much, it was most likely nerfed too harshly.
