This would be a crazy balance change for Supercell to do in the next Clash Royale balance changes because the baby dragon is a good card in Clash Royale. The issue with the baby dragon has been that the phoenix is just a better card in almost all scenerios. This changed when Clash Royale added the knight evolution which is a great combo card for the baby dragon. Many splashyard/graveyard has switched from using the champion, skeleton king and phoenix in place of the knight evolution and baby dragon. With this all being said, Clash Royale should not buff the baby dragon in the next Clash Royale balance changes.
