The biggest buff in the Clash Royale balance changes were the rascals. The rascals are now spread apart more. This makes the rascals very good in log bait and mortar decks in Clash Royale. This is because the rascals can now survive rascals and are more difficult to hit with a log. This is a substantial buff and they are no longer one of the worst cards in clash royale.
