The phoenix has been one of the best cards in Clash Royale since it was added to the game and has been nerfed more times than there has been balance changes since its addition. Since it was introduced, the mega minion was unusable because the phoenix has the same purpose as it and the phoenix is better. With this being said, after the clash royale update and Clash royale balance changes, many people are saying that the mega minion is going to be better than the phoenix in Clash Royale. This just is not true because the phoenix is just so good in almost every single deck it is apart of from the best graveyard decks to the best royal giant decks in Clash Royale. The phoenix is just better than the mega minion even after the Clash royale update and the clash royale balance changes and there is no reason to not believe this is the case.
