The teaser strongly hints that there will be some sort of new mechanic in the game and that it is possibly a hook mechanic. Traditionally balance updates drop with soft client updates on the first Monday. With the season ending in 16 days, with the projected balance schedule and how they are hinting “a couple weeks”. It is VERY likely this drops on June 30th at midnight or around that time.
