Clancy has the same mechanic as Surge, where he levels up but doesn’t lose it when you die. Once Clancy levels up to 3, your normal attack is in a Y pattern, and you get increased damage and movement speed. One of Clancy’s Star powers will let you reload ammo when you take someone down, and so will be a team wiping machine.
