Balance Changes (09/03) with the new September 2018 update. New card levels? Level 9 epic cards leaked in the Clash Royale website. Higher levels in Clash Royale now?!? Plenty of balance changes happening with Piglets and Valkyrie getting a slight nerf. Zappies are strangely the most dominating card in the meta with a distorted win rate so they’re getting a slight rework which kind of nerfs them.
