I’m creating this video in hopes that it gathers enough attention that Supercell will fix this refund bug. This is not something that is very common and likely won’t happen to you unless you’re trading maxed out level 13 cards. If this does happen to you, be sure to contact Player Support in game (in settings) and they’ll be more than happy to help right your wrong! From my personal experience, player support has been nothing but amazing if something wrong happened and you can prove it.
